TIME

1. What is a round in BattleTactics?
A round in BT is a single Clocktick (CT). Its the smallest unit of time.
For every Clocktick(Round) the speed value (SP) of a char gets added to his Time Points (TP).
If a Char has TP>999 he is at turn.

Example T1:
Character A (SP 5, TP 0),Character B (SP 6, TP 1)

after 166 CTs Character B at turn (167*SP+TP>1000)
after 199 CTs Character A is 33CTs after Character B at turn (200*SP+TP>1000)
...


2. TimePoint Costs?
When a character was at Turn some TPs (depending on what the char has done in his turn) get substracted from his TPs.
Character does wait (-500 TPs)
Character does act (-750 TPs)
Character does move (-750 TPs)
Character does act and move (-1000 TPs)

Note: Some skills cost additional TPs.


3. Character Queue
Of course this math stuff is well hidden from the player. In Battlemode there will be a
queue which shows when which char is at turn, this preview list is only speculation and all chars at turn do move and act.
Example T2:

Would generate the following queue:
CTs 167, TPs 1002 CTs 250, TPs 1001 CTs 250, TPs 1000 CTs 334, TPs 1004 CTs 500, TPs 1001 CTs 500, TPs 1000 CTs 500, TPs 1000 | CTs 667, TPs 1002 CTs 750, TPs 1001 CTs 750, TPs 1000 ...

AT (ACTIVE TIME)
The idea behind AT is that each character has a own speed.
The characters aren't at turn by side (you / enemy), but each char has an individual indicator(TPs) which shows when he is at turn.

AT is a turn-based system, a system that uses Clockticks as 'Rounds'.


CT (CLOCKTICKS)

Every Clocktick(Round) the speed value of a char gets added to his TP


TP (TIME POINTS)

Each character has an attribute TP. If a Char has TP>999 he is at turn.
